  • Agility obstacle course (Cones) (100 yards)

  • KB swings

  • Overhead ball throw(Distance) 100 yards

  • Farmer Carry (100 yards)

  • Run uphill 10 laps

  • Monkey bars 5 times across

  • Single leg balance for time

  • Overhead ball throw (100 yards)

  • Carry a heavy pack for distance (300 yards)

  • walking lunges (100 total)

  • Wheelbarrow Walk (100 Yards)

  • Farmer Carry (100 yards)

WHAT IS A TACTICAL FITNESS COURSE?

A new genre encourages many definitions.

We define tactical fitness as;

The ability to perform complex and specific  movement patterns to fulfill and/or accomplish a specified task or procedure. These can include movements commonly performed by military, police, fire fighters and other survival-related personnel.

Activities can include running, dragging, lifting, climbing, jumping, throwing and equipment carry. All require full-body strength, muscle coordination, body control and timing. It is a great test of ones skills and can be tailored for any fitness level

Task completion requirements:

Each run will have a judge assigned to determine completion of each task and repetition as per the standard.
