Commitment to ongoing training Valid for 12 months 20 individual 1 on 1 In Person training sessions ⭐ After signing up for the initial session, we will work together to schedule the other sessions. ⭐ Making a fitness commitment to yourself is the wisest action to pursue for your health. 20 sessions helps to bring the confidence of learning or mastering weight training into perspective. Work with Chad as your long term coach, tap into his expertise and make it your own! Each training session will be held at the gym Los Campeones.
