Lean Builder Focus:

  • Overall full body training creates a lean look

  • Training plan highlights specific muscle groups: glutes, shoulders, abdominals

  • Higher repetition sets = high flexion burn in muscles

 

Developing lean muscle mass is specifically what this program focuses on through specific exercises with full range of motion while focusing on quality muscular flexion. This training plan is designed with exercise selection, number of repetition and number of sets to guide your results in a leaner body look with emphasis put on certain muscle groups.
